Herbs - Plants for all Seasons

Herbs are wonderfully smelling, wonderfully tasting flowering plants that have been around since ancient times. They have many uses. Planted in the spring, parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme are excellent for a kitchen garden.  They add flavors to everything from salads to desserts.
